Welcome! At Prairie Bloom Wellness, I help you cut through the overwhelm and find clear, practical ways to eat well and feel good—without the guilt, pressure, or perfectionism.

Prairie Bloom Wellness is led by Melissa Biddle, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, researcher with a Master’s degree and ongoing Doctoral training, and the ultimate lover of all things snacks. Melissa specializes in diabetes management, metabolic health, weight management, gut health, pre- and postnatal nutrition, and overall wellness.

Based in Airdrie AB, Prairie Bloom Wellness provides evidence-based nutrition education and personalized guidance delivered with empathy and compassion. The goal is to empower individuals and families to develop sustainable approaches to nutrition and lifestyle that support their health, well-being, and long-term goals.
